Socius is delivering two major projects in Cambridge on behalf of Railpen (The Railways Pension Fund):

1. Botanic Place – the site for the start & finish of the bike ride, which will see a new £500m, 500,000 sq ft workspace scheme, designed by architects AHMM. The vision for the office scheme is that it will become the most sustainable and intelligent workspace in Cambridge.
2. Devonshire Gardens – re-purposing an existing builder’s yard to deliver a mix of uses including a new public green park, a children’s nursery, workspace, a public pavilion and homes to rent.
